Our in stock inventory location is in USA, and hand made to order products are manufactured in Istanbul, Turkiye. Please contact us for proper return instructions based on your product type we will send the information.
You may return unworn, undamaged, non-custom jewelry within 30 days of delivery for full refund.
We offer free size exchanges, stone color swaps, and style upgrades (only pay the difference in price and actual shipping fees) within 30 days of delivery.
Refunds are issued within 3–5 business days after our team inspects your returned jewelry for quality and authenticity.
To protect customers and prevent fraud, the following items cannot be returned:
1- Custom-made or engraved items
2- Items that show wear, resizing attempts, or damage
3- Items missing stones or parts
1- Outbound shipping is non-refundable.
2- Return shipping labels are not available as returns should be send to one of our warehouses in USA or our factory in Istanbul, Turkiye.
To qualify for a refund:
1- Jewelry must be in original, unworn condition
2- Original packaging must be included
3- Product numbers, hallmarks, and packing slip must match the order
4- The item must not be altered by any jeweler
