BOTH DOMESTIC & INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING ARE FREE ON ALL ORDERS.

30 DAYS RETURN POLICY - 15% Restocking Fee applies to All Diamond and Gemstone Merchandise.

THERE IS 5-10% DIAMOND CARAT WEIGHT VARIANCE ON ALL DIAMOND MERCHANDISE.

Regular Shipping via UPS Express is ALWAYS FREE.

Each shipment will be insured at no additional cost to you. Packages can be signature required. All orders will be shipped  pending credit approval. Customer support may contact customers  for additional information as required. Most orders ship out from our warehouse within 7-9 business days. Then it takes 4-5 additional business days by UPS to reach you. 

Saturday deliveries are not offered.

International Shipping:

All international orders ship free from Goldia.co.uk

Customs and duties are at customer's expense below. We use UPS or TNT for international orders. We ship to most of the international countries.

Combined Shipping:

We combine as many as pieces of your purchases at no additional cost to you.

Tracking your order:

You will receive an email notification the day your order has been shipped with a confirmation of shipment and a tracking number. This gives you the ability to track your order at all times until it reaches you or your recipient's doorstep.

RETURNS, EXCHANGE & CANCELLATION POLICY:

We accept returns and exchanges within the 30 days. If you received a product and simply wish  to return it we will not be able to refund the actual shipping  fees. We refund the shipping fee only if you received a damaged  product. We do not accept returns or exchange requests after 30 days an order is delivered. All items are hand made to orders, there is 15% restocking fee on all diamond or gemstone jewelry orders.

You must contact us in order to obtain a Return Authorization Number by email.

Cancellations:

Most orders can be cancelled on the same day or the next day latest. After this shipping cut out time we are not able to cancel orders. There is a cancellation fee of 15% for all diamond/gemstone item orders.
