We offer lower than retail mark-up pricing because we do not stock inventories. In stock items ships on the same or the next day latest. Made-to-order (Hand-made) items requires 9-12 business days to manufacture. This processing time can be longer if there is any delay during the production (modeling, casting or polish stages). Once your order is completed, it will be issued a tracking number and you will receive that tracking number by email on that day. 

10K white or rose gold merchandise may be casted in 8K, 9K or 10K depending on the availability. If 10K is not available we will cast them 8K or 9K gold. This is to expedite the production of your order.
